01. Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before we start preparing your food. Call us on 0301 2529127 as soon as possible.
02. After preparation starts
Once your food is being prepared or is out for delivery, we may not be able to cancel it.
03. Wrong or missing items
If an item is missing or wrong, call us right away with your order number. We will send the correct item or adjust your bill.
04. Quality issues
If there is a problem with your food, contact us on the same day with your order number. Every complaint is checked by our team.
05. Refunds
Payment is cash on delivery, so most issues are solved by replacing the item or adjusting the bill. Any cash refund is agreed directly with our team.
